The key point: nothing on this website is an offer to sell. Prices, availability and trade terms are quoted per enquiry, and only a written confirmation from us creates a contract.

1. Nothing here is an offer

All content on this site — descriptions of the distribution network, the Routzell Dukaan software, the Palhaar production cluster, product listings and any indicative pricing — is an invitation to treat, not an offer capable of acceptance. No contract of sale, supply, distribution or franchise arises until we issue a written quotation, proforma invoice or agreement and you accept it in writing.

2. Enquiries

Submitting the enquiry form, messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing us creates no commercial relationship or obligation on either side. We may decline any enquiry without giving a reason. Response times stated on this site are targets, not guarantees.

3. Prices, availability and specifications

Prices, minimum order quantities, pack sizes, shelf life and availability change and are confirmed only at the time of quotation. Product images are indicative. Specifications may vary where the change does not reduce quality or legal compliance.

4. Routzell Dukaan software

Routzell Dukaan is our billing and distribution software for retailers. Its use is governed by these terms until separate app terms are published, at which point those will govern and will be linked here. Any statement that the software is free to use describes our current commercial position; it does not create a perpetual licence or waive our right to change commercial terms on notice.

5. Accuracy of content

We take care to keep this site accurate, but we do not warrant it is free of errors or omissions. Certifications, recognitions and partnerships shown here are accurate as at the date of publication. Content may be updated or removed at any time.

6. Intellectual property

The Routzell and Palhaar names and logos, and all page content, copy, design, graphics and software on this site, are owned by or licensed to Farmour Ventures Private Limited and protected by Indian and international intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation. You may not copy, republish, scrape, resell or create derivative works without our written permission. Third-party marks shown here belong to their respective owners and are used to identify them only.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to transmit unlawful, defamatory or misleading content, to harvest data, to probe or breach its security, or to interfere with its operation. We may block access where we reasonably suspect misuse.

8. Third-party links

This site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp and retail platforms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

9. Privacy

Personal data you send us is handled as set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business, goodwill or data, arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights available to a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Grievance redressal

For any complaint about this website or its content, contact our Grievance Officer, Ms. Swapna S S (Co-Founder & Chief Legal Officer), at hello@routzell.com, or by post at the corporate office above. We acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within 30 days.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this website, subject to any non-excludable right a consumer has to sue elsewhere.

13. Changes

We may amend these terms. The version published here when you use the site is the one that applies.
