This policy explains how Farmour Ventures Private Limited, a company incorporated in India which operates Routzell as its brand and initiative, collects and handles your personal data when you use routzell.com or contact us through this website. It follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the category you select (retailer, franchise partner, maker, investor, other) and your message. If you write to us on WhatsApp or by email instead, we hold whatever you choose to send.

We do not ask for financial account details, government ID numbers or health information through this website. Please do not send them.

3. Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry
• To assess a possible business relationship — supply, distribution, franchise, employment or investment
• To keep a record of business correspondence as required by law

We do not use your data for automated profiling or advertising, and we do not sell or rent it.

4. Your consent

We process this data on the consent you give by ticking the consent box and submitting the form. That consent is free, specific, informed and limited to the purposes in section 3. You are not required to submit the form to browse this site.

5. Who processes it, and where

Form submissions are transmitted and stored by FormSubmit, a form-handling service operating from the United States, acting as our Data Processor. Your data therefore leaves India and is stored on servers in the United States. Our website is delivered through Cloudflare, Inc., which may process technical data such as your IP address to serve the page and block abuse.

By submitting the form you agree to this cross-border transfer. If you would rather your data did not leave India, contact us on WhatsApp or by email instead.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as it takes to answer you and pursue any business relationship that follows, and after that for up to three years from our last contact, unless a longer period is required by tax, company or other law.

7. How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry data is limited to the people at Routzell who need it to reply to you. No system is perfectly secure and we do not claim otherwise.

8. Your rights under the DPDP Act

• Access a summary of the data we hold about you and how we process it
• Correction, completion or updating of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Erasure of your data, unless retention is required by law
• Withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it
• Grievance redressal — see section 9
• Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf

Email hello@routzell.com with the subject line “DPDP request”. We respond within 30 days. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal.

9. Grievance Officer

If our response does not satisfy you, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

10. Children

This site is meant for business users and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data of anyone under 18. Email us if you believe a child has submitted data and we will delete it.

11. Cookies

We set no advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies to keep the site secure and working. If we add analytics later we will update this policy and ask for consent first.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
